Prices are per vehicle, divided between students travelling together. All students will be met at the airport and put into a car/bus to take them to the campus.

 

 

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR FEES

 

If you would like to book an Unaccompanied Minor service with your airline, then you should also book an Unaccompanied Minor service with IH.  This costs $200 each way and means:

 

On Arrival: A named IHNY staff member will collect the student from airline personnel, at the airport, and accompany the student to their residence.

On Departure: A named IHNY staff member will collect student at the their residence and accompany the student to the airport, assist them in checking in to their flight and through security and into the official care of authorized airline personnel.

It is not necessary to book an Unaccompanied Minor – we recommend it if the student is under 14, a first-time traveler or very nervous about the journey.  Please note, if you book Unaccompanied Minor service with your airline, then you must book an Unaccompanied Minor service with IH.

 

 

INSURANCE

$70 for up to 30 days (whole or part of), then $2 per day over 30 days.
